As 2025 draws to a close, the bullmer team came together at the Customer Centre for a special occasion, combining the annual strategic staff meeting with the company\u2019s Christmas celebration. The event provided an opportunity to reflect on a challenging yet successful year and to align the organization around a shared vision for the future.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Strategic Focus for the Year Ahead<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n

The meeting was opened by CEO Haitao Zheng, who presented a comprehensive review of bullmer\u2019s achievements in 2025. Despite a demanding economic environment, the company continued to move forward with determination and focus. Looking ahead, the strategic roadmap for 2026 will be guided by two central pillars: innovation orientation and cost efficiency.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Reiner Kast, Member of the Executive Board, highlighted the importance of teamwork and resilience in his address to employees. While 2025 was marked by turbulence, it also demonstrated the strength of the organization. Through collective effort, bullmer successfully strengthened its research and development as well as its production structures, achieving key milestones despite external challenges.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
