As 2025 draws to a close, the bullmer team came together at the Customer Centre for a special occasion, combining the annual strategic staff meeting with the company’s Christmas celebration. The event provided an opportunity to reflect on a challenging yet successful year and to align the organization around a shared vision for the future.
The meeting was opened by CEO Haitao Zheng, who presented a comprehensive review of bullmer’s achievements in 2025. Despite a demanding economic environment, the company continued to move forward with determination and focus. Looking ahead, the strategic roadmap for 2026 will be guided by two central pillars: innovation orientation and cost efficiency.
Reiner Kast, Member of the Executive Board, highlighted the importance of teamwork and resilience in his address to employees.
