Cutting of printed materials “on the fly”

By using the new multi array scanner for Premiumcut, you can now process even more effective materials from the textile and upholstery sector.

The laid materials are scanned by high-resolution 2D cameras, cutting data as dxf – imported file will define the material rapport and then cut directly through the start of the automatic mode. There won´t be any elaborate preparation of cutting data nor loss of time when reading reference points. Material and pattern may be considered self-evident.

Due to its modular design, the multi- array scanning system can be ordered at working widths of up to 5m. Even low mounting heights of up to 195 mm can be easily realized.
